Hi! I’m Emily!
I am a cake lover who is so lucky to be able to do what I love! My full time cake journey started when we took the amazing opportunity to relocate from England to the East coast of the USA at the end of 2016. When we first arrived I wasn’t able to work as a tax accountant as I had done for many years so I filled my time doing what I loved - baking! As more people started to try my cakes I realised that my English style of baking was a big hit and as they say….. the rest is history!
I make all of my cakes from scratch and use the best quality ingredients I can find, and try to avoid using anything artificial. There has been a huge amount of trial and error trying to find ingredients that taste great and I’m still discovering new ingredients that pass my very strict taste test!
Cakes that look good are nice, but cakes that taste amazing are even better! I focus on making the best tasting cakes and bakes that keeps everyone coming back for just one more slice!
